how to use:
Wash hair and towel dry thoroughly. Wrap the plastic rods and drench hair thoroughly with a sponge. Put a cap on and leave for 10-20 minutes, depending on the diameter of the plastic rod, the width of the wrapped hair strand and the type of curl you want to achieve. Rinse with plenty of water. Apply the neutralizer on the roots for 7 minutes. Remove the rods and apply the neutralizer for the second time, again for 7 minutes. Rinse with plenty of water.
